KVKK Data Protection Notice

1. Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality as the data controller within the scope explained below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK for the purposes of providing, improving and developing our services, personalizing user experience, conducting statistical analyses, fulfilling legal obligations, and ensuring security.
3. Processed Personal Data
Through our platform; identity information (name, surname), contact information (email address, phone number), location data, device information, cookie data and usage data may be processed.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
5. Method and Legal Basis of Data Collection
Your personal data is collected through verbal, written or electronic means based on the legal basis of providing our services and performance of the contract for the purposes stated above.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller and; learn whether personal data is processed, request information if personal data has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if personal data is incomplete or inaccurately processed, and request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK.
