Mosque
It was built by Kadi Kemalettin. The date 1358 is written on the carved inscription on the minbar of the mosque. However, it is thought to have been constructed before this date. One of the features of the mosque is that the pulpit has a slide structure at the bottom and there is a specially constructed compartment in the wall. There is also a Women Martyrs Monument right next to the mosque.
Boyacı Mosque is one of the largest and most remarkable mosques in Gaziantep, built by Qadi Kemalettin on Hamdi Kutlar Street. It features a minbar dated 759 Hijri (1358 AD), a special system minbar with a sliding mechanism, a polygonal minaret with a single balcony, and fine wood craftsmanship.
