Hisar Monumental Tomb is located in Hisar Village, Araban district of Gaziantep and is one of the significant monumental tombs that have survived from the Roman period to the present day. The structure, approximately 10 meters high, is made of cut stone and consists of a high base, a body with Corinthian column capitals, and a pyramidal roof. There is a column capital on the roof, where it is believed a statue once stood. Although it is unknown to whom the monument belongs, it is dated to the late 2nd century to the early 3rd century AD.
The Hisar Monumental Tomb in Gaziantep Araban is one of the best-preserved examples of monumental tombs from the Roman period, with its approximately 10-meter height and Corinthian columns. The monument, notable for its pyramidal roof and the presence of a statue thought to be on top, is dated to the late 2nd century to the early 3rd century AD.
