Musem Academy

Housed in a historic building, MUSEM Academy aims to pass down Gaziantep cuisine to future generations through a specialized curriculum. Operating under the Ministry of National Education, the institution offers certified programs and daily workshops for aspiring professional chefs, entrepreneurs, and cooking enthusiasts. By preserving the authenticity of local recipes and the use of geographically indicated products, the academy supports local producers and promotes a conscious culinary culture. Recognized as the first school in the world to have a museum and the first museum to have a school, the center continues to train qualified human resources for the industry.
